September Goals

As of August 30th 2012, I weigh 11st 10lbs (164lbs).

My (weight loss) goals for September are:

  • Lose at least 4lbs by September 30th - Approx 1lb a week.
  • Drink at least 750ml (1 bottle&1 small bottle) of water a day.
  • Cut down to 1 bottle of diet coke a week (or none!).
  • Cut out snacking as much as possible (1 after school -max.).
  • Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night! (Especially on school nights!)
  • Walk home from school as much as possible, or go for a walk on the weekends.

Non-weight loss goals for September are:

  • Score at least 1 A on my first set of tests.
  • Spend all Study Periods writing out notes and reading around the subject.
